⎕RL - Random Link

Changing ⎕RL means modifying the random seed. If the same random number is ALWAYS generated thru - deal ? - the first time an APL workspace is loaded, then reset
⎕RL←# to some [long] integer value prior to using the deal function.

If necessary, set ⎕RL to - some current Date-Time value converted to a Long Integer - to help achieve true randomness before APL function ? deal gets used/called. Resetting ⎕RL or random seed may not be necessary in all APL implementations, such as NARS2000.
